Here is how we make sure the tutors will be great

DBS Checks - We ask our tutors that will be working with under 18s to send recent enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service checks (used to be CRB). These are the same checks schools use to establish suitability of working with children. We check there are no offences we believe could be a risk to working with students

ID checked - We've checked all the tutors passports or drivers licenses so we know they are who they say they are

University checked - We've checked that all university student tutors are attending the university they state on their profile by confirming their university certificates

Certificates checked - We check all qualification certificates to verify the claims on their profiles
(Tutors who have had their qualifications verified have the following icon by their names)

Money back if you're not satisfied - If you aren't completely happy with the tutor we will refund you 100% of your payment
