Staying Safe

For students

• Never share your contact information with a tutor. This includes your surname, age, school, home or email address, phone number and payment information
• Never upload pictures of yourself if you are under 18
• If you don't like the way a lesson is going, simply end it and report it to us straight away at team@tutortap.co.uk
• Any bookings with a student must be conducted within the TutorTap website. Please do not make arrangements outside the platform

For tutors

• Harassment, sexual solicitation, bullying and the use of inappropriate or hateful language are strictly prohibited

For parents

• Please let us know if you have any concerns that your child may be at risk of coming into contact with someone who might take advantage of them, contact team@tutortap.co.uk
• You should also contact your local police or Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre
