At A-Level, I studied English Language, Government & Politics, & Philosophy, achieving A*AB respectively. I studied Law to AS Level and received an A.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Politics, Psychology & Sociology from the University of Cambridge,where my studies focused on Politics & International Relations - more specifically, history of political thought & political economy. I achieved a 2.i classification in all three years of study.
I have taught English as a foreign language to students aged 8-15, and have taught more general practical & academic classes to students aged 11-15. The latter was at a summer school in Hong Kong, where I was employed as a summer tutor in 2012.
I like to feel like a mentor when teaching, and I really invest in the student's progress. I like lessons to be fun, and try to incorporate innovative teaching styles.
Due to never working with children before in the UK I have not got a CRB/DBS certificate.
