Tutoring approach
My tutoring approach is centred around the student. I ask them what they struggle with in particular on the course and ensure that their largest concerns are tackled first. Students can learn in a number of different ways. I ensure to use the technique best suited to the student.
Professional experience
Having studied GCSE's only 3 years ago, achieving 9A*'s and 2A's, I understand their current structure and demands from first hand experience. I am more than comfortable teaching the GCSE syllabus' after completing my A level studies of the three sciences last year. I am now studying medicine at the university of Manchester.
I also have a large experience of teaching students from a variety of ages, as well as a strong academic background. I have coached a 10-12 year olds football team for 2 years and also volunteered at a disability school for 2 years. At home, I help my 13 year old brother with anything he struggles with at school.
