Tutoring approach
My approach usually involves closely assisting students with finetuning their essay writing, and also generating and brainstorming their arguments and ideas. In terms of EPQ, I am keen to help students focus their interests and talk through the struggles or setbacks that they feel are preventing them from achieving the level they wish to attain. Talking things through, proofreading and helping students proofread and self-edit are particular approaches I take.
Professional experience
Volunteering roles within high schools and primary schools, with about 1 year assisting students personally in a high school classroom environment and one-to-one, and over a month's experience in assisting Year 5 and 6 pupils with Science, English, Reading and a Year 6 end of school drama performance.

You will meet your tutor in our online classroom, where you will see each other via video, hear each other and be able to upload documents and draw on a whiteboard.
