Tutoring approach

I aim to educate students and ensure that each lesson is tailored for the individual. We are all different and one cap does not fit all and therefore it is important to adapt teaching styles and methods to the needs of the individual.

 

Professional experience

I am an Associate Lecturer in Music at the University of Chichester. I have been in this role for 8 years. I specialise in Music Theory and Musical Grammar. I have also taught music for a number of institutions and organisations including: schools; music services and nurseries. I run a private practice teaching flute, piano and music theory and have achieved a 100% pass rate in exams. I am CRB checked and have kept my Safeguarding training up-to-date.
