Tutoring approach
My approach to tutoring is to design sessions to suit the individual student. My starting point is a discussion with each prospective client to ascertain problematic learning areas and to build tutoring around specific requirements. These may include: work on subject knowledge, exam technique, learning strategy. Central to my approach to tutoring is finding the correct approach to teaching for each student. For some this may include reworking subject knowledge: using metaphor or real life examples, others may require help sorting work for revision purposes. This may involve marshaling knowledge (perhaps using diagrams) to ensure answers can be clearly described and a full commentary provided.

You will meet your tutor in our online classroom, where you will see each other via video, hear each other and be able to upload documents and draw on a whiteboard.
