Tutoring approach
I think "learning through play" is the best approach especially for children. But also adults show a lot more attentiveness and creativity when they think that the lesson is/was fun. In some cases I switch to a more stricter tutoring approach as some students need a stronger lead. So I will always adjust to the needs of my students.
