I like to keep a friendly and collaborative atmosphere, with learning led by discussion and discovery rather than fact-crunching wherever possible. However, every student and every subject require slightly different approaches so I make the effort to get to know my students and adjust where necessary.
Professional experience
I have over 4 years' experience demonstrating to undergraduate students in biology and life sciences during my PhD (which I am due to graduate from in July). This includes some 1:1 tuition, marking assignments and providing feedback. This year I start my PGCE in GCSE science and A-level biology.

You will meet your tutor in our online classroom, where you will see each other via video, hear each other and be able to upload documents and draw on a whiteboard.
