I am mum to one little girl aged 10 months. I am currently taking a career break, but my goal is to return to education in the next year to complete a post graduate qualification in teaching. I am a graduate of University of the Wet of England where I achieved a 2:1 degree in Psychology and Criminology. I have A level qualifications in History, English Literature and Language, Theatre Studies and Psychology. The nature of my degree make me proficient in sociological theory so I also fee confident in being able to tutor any of these subjects.
I believe learning isn't just about memorising a text book it is about exploring the subject through conversations, debates etc and making it relate to the leaner. I find personally that if I explore subjects in a different way I recall them much more efficiently.
