I will always talk to the student and make sure I understand what they would like to gain out of the sessions. I then create exciting and engaging lessons based on the individual needs. I want my lessons to be fun and be remembered!
Professional experience
I have always loved the English language and was passionate about the subject at school. I have an A* at GCSE level for English Literature and A in English Language. I also studied a BTEC in Print-based media and gained Triple Distinction. I then moved on to study Journalism at university, and since graduating with a First class honours in 2013, I have run my own publication, and my own media/Journalism courses. I have been teaching adults (18+) English, IT skills and media for nearly a year, and I have also had experience working with GCSE students to improve their grade in English. I love being a tutor and seeing the progression a student makes when they understand a subject.

You will meet your tutor in our online classroom, where you will see each other via video, hear each other and be able to upload documents and draw on a whiteboard.
