Tutoring approach
The tutoring approach needs to be tailored to the student. Key areas of improvement need to be identified before they can be addressed. This can range from gaps in knowledge through learning styles to exam technique. Together we can work to resolve these.
I further firmly believe that the application of acquired knowledge is key so that it is retained. Test questions allow the student to apply knowledge and improve memory.
Professional experience
During my past two degrees, and especially as part of Medicine, I have tutored a large number of students, with a wide range of ages. From 13 year old's to mature students.
I have also successfully tutored at Medical Summer School here at Swansea University, going through various concepts of medicine.

You will meet your tutor in our online classroom, where you will see each other via video, hear each other and be able to upload documents and draw on a whiteboard.
