Tutoring approach
I start by looking at all the textbooks/exercises/tests/examinations... given to the student by her/his school. I figure out why the student has difficulties and what the cause of those difficulties is. It depends on the subject/difficulty, but usually I make exercises for the student on the topics he or she doesn't understand that. First, we will make these exercises together, while I explain everything step by step. When the student understands, he or she will make the exercises alone. If the student succeeds, we will remake exercises/tests/.. made in class, and evaluate whether or not the difficulty has dissapeared. Often it also helps to make summaries or notes with the students, and spend time solely working on organisation of folders/notes/... and time management. I put the needs of the student and her/his parents first. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or requests.

I have been tutoring for one year now. I have tutored primary school children in all subjects and secondary school children in English, Dutch, French, physics, biology and history.
