My approach towards tutoring is very simple. I don't believe in feeding the answers to students. I strongly believe that a tutor should only nudge the student in right direction and make him/her think. Specially for subjects like programming and IT, where learning is dependent on developing logic I have personally seen this approach work wonders with my students.

Total 11 years experience in IT industry. I have worked in various roles in IT industry such as product developer, techno-functional consultant, functional consultant, presales and sales. However, programming still remains my passion and during my professional career as well I have been undertaking training assignments.
