Tutoring approach
My tutoring approach is to actively engage the student, finding out why the think they need the extra help and then work together to determine what will help them best. For my ESL students, this works best as some just want to converse (to better help their oral skills) while others want a more structured time frame in which we review articles that the student read and I ask questions to determine comprehension.

You will meet your tutor in our online classroom, where you will see each other via video, hear each other and be able to upload documents and draw on a whiteboard.
