November 2013 Essay Writing Tutoring Support Private tuition
• Provided tutoring support to two overseas Nursing students in Essay Writing. This involved reviewing Lecture notes and Essay requirements, as well as the students’ attempts at the essays.
Oct. 2000 – Nov. 2002 Mathematics Tutoring Support University of Leeds
• Provided tutoring support for 1st Year students in Engineering Mathematics for 2 years during PhD research. This involved helping students understand applicable methodology for questions given by the Engineering Mathematics lecturer, mostly using only items provided by the lecturer (i.e. methodology name and final answer).
• Tutored various areas of mathematics, including Algebra, Trigonometry, and Calculus. Students were from A-level and BTEC backgrounds
