The sessions are interactive and the easiest aspect of the language to practice in this scenario is the communicative one, i.e. listening and speaking practice, which is of course the most valuable and essential part of the language. The sessions would focus on communication skills, fluency, accents and understanding, as well as basic skills such as spoken grammar and vocabulary.

I have been tutoring (for the most part on a 1 on 1 basis) for two years, in several subjects up to GCSEs and Spanish at all levels. Most recently I helped two tutees I taught at a GSCE level secure grades well above their predicted ones
