Naturally, we would work our way through the syllabus, but pay more attention to the more difficult topics and go through them slower. I think the best way to absorb the information is to write notes, have the information elaborated, and then take quizzes and test your knowledge section by section.
Professional experience
I've tutored young children in Maths, and given advice on approach to GCSE revision. I received an A in Biology at A2, along with an A* in Psychology and a B in Chemistry. I also am a Brownie Leader, so I worked with 60 children helping them with basic life skills, which I found to be incredibly rewarding.
