I am a qualified Further Education Teacher / Lecturer. I qualified in 2009 and since then have taught for a major college within offender learning. Subjects that i have taught are: - ITQ Level 1&2, Customer Services, Social and Life Skills, Employability Skills and Functional Skills Entry level through to Level 2. I am currently teaching excluded pupils in a Pupil Referral unit in Bolton. I have Year 9, 10 and 11 students on my register. I am teaching Functional skills as well as behaviour management and personal development skills. I have excellent behaviour management skills and can make lessons interesting to keep engagement.
My HNC is in Business and Finance and i have put this to good use as I have 20 years Business experience working for a major plumbers merchants. I am TQAQ level 3 qualified enabling me to assess both in the workplace and within the learning environment. I also have a TEFL qualification.
