My approach in tutoring is to treat each pupil differently. That is, assess their individual learning methods and work on the strengths to battle the weaknesses. Individual and customised lesson plans are employed for each pupil so that they fit with their respective goals and ambitions.
Each pupil will be treated with respect and will be constantly encouraged to reach the best of their abilities.
