I was raised in Argentina until the age of 10, when I moved to England. I speak fluent Spanish (and was awarded an A at A Level), and feel confident teaching it to others or doing exam practice with students.
At A level, I also achieved a B in Chemistry and Philosophy, and A in Mathematics and Biology. I'm currently doing my undergraduate degree in Philosophy at the University of York.
Going back a few years, I gained 14 A* in a range of GCSEs (including three separate sciences, French, Italian, Latin, Geography, History- just ask!). I have a range of teaching techniques I can impart on students. I feel that learning is not just about passing exams and regurgitating facts, but rather about retaining information and gaining the skills to carry on learning.
For younger years, I have experience with my siblings who are in primary school, and who I regularly help with their homework. I'm most confident with one-on-one tuition, and definitely have a lot of patience. I'm aware that different people learn at different rates and have many varied learning techniques.
I like to make learning dynamic and active, and to make sure my students really get a passion for what they're studying. At the very least, to gain enough interest in the subject that they are interesting in carrying on learning.

You will meet your tutor in our online classroom, where you will see each other via video, hear each other and be able to upload documents and draw on a whiteboard.
