I assimilate my approach of teaching with the student's capabilities. I aim to find out the strengths of the student first, in order to differentiate it from the weaknesses. This allows me to focus on the student's weaknesses, and improve those aspects in order to help them reach the highest possible grade.
Professional experience
I was a Freelance, private tutor:
• Providing private tuition to primary school pupils in their homes
• Assisting pupils with key stage 2 Maths and English homework
• Supporting pupils with their learning and development including enrichment activities
• Providing pupils with access to educational information and advice as appropriate
Even though I taught children in key stage 2 in the past, I am sure that I am capable of teaching GCSE students also as I achieved a grade A for GCSE English Literature, so I know what I am talking about!
