Tutoring approach

The first step is to gain an understanding of what the student requires, and from there I can plan a lesson with resources to allow for the most progress for that individual.

I am a very accepting, and approachable person and any issues would be dealt with quickly. My ethos is based fully around equality and equal opportunities. I personally believe every individual has the right to the best education possible and I attempt to push every student in and out of my lessons to reach their potential. I am a very punctual person and commit to the tasks at hand; I always see through my goals and have a belief that students should do the same, regardless of background or ability.

 

Professional experience

As a qualified teacher I am experienced in education, I have just finished my NQT year graded "Good" with elements of "Outstanding" from the OFSTED frame work.

I completed a PGCE in Computer Science, BSc(hons) in Computing, providing me with knowledge needed to teach these subjects in great detail.
As a teacher I have also has experience teaching Business Studies and happy to do so.
