To have friendly sessions based on contextual knowledge and go to relevant lengths to impart as much understanding of the subject area as possible. Understanding your strengths and weaknesses and enabling you to have a much better grasp of the subject than before in a positive and encouraging manner. Tutoring with the aim to help build a strong and solid basis of knowledge allowing each person to learn at their own pace.
Professional experience
Currently undergoing my masters degree at Durham University in Developmental Psychopathology. Have professionally taught Keyboard to 4-11 year old children alongside my under graduation in Applied Psychology. During my time there, I was responsible for understanding the psychological and emotional needs of the children and setting short term and long term targets accordingly, conducting occasional practical tests and encouraging students to work towards enhancing their skills to the best of their ability and maintaining and keeping records up to date of each student’s learning and progress.
