Tutoring approach
My teaching experience, as well as my own research, has taught me that a student's confidence is as vital as subject knowledge or skills in order for them to succeed.
With this in mind, I take time to understand how the people I work with learn and create personalised tutoring programs for them. These simultaneously teach what they need to know for their course while giving them just the right balance of support and challenge in order to enhance their self-concept and improve their confidence.
Professional experience
I am a fully qualified teacher with experience of teaching, intervention and mentoring in a number of schools as well as tutoring privately.
I have created whole-year schemes of work for schools I have worked in. I have also created and delivered personalised intervention programs and am beginning to publish my own resources.

You will meet your tutor in our online classroom, where you will see each other via video, hear each other and be able to upload documents and draw on a whiteboard.
Many of our tutors are all high performing students or recent graduates from leading universities. We have over 1,000 tutors available to help you in over 75 subjects.
Tutors set their own rates, which start as low as £10 per hour and you can book a 15 minute introductory session with your tutor for free.
