I am a friendly and patient person, and I understand that each student will have individual needs that I will cater to. Whether this means aiding in the student's understanding of their own preference to studying, reviewing work that's already been written, or delving more deeply into their material that they're working towards, I will give my all to aid any need of the mentee. Not only this, but I aim to make learning and studying English an enjoyable experience! It shouldn't be stressful or a chore, and I aim to help my students in finding the subject as interesting and fun as I do.
Professional experience
Whilst I was completing my A Levels, I had the fantastic opportunity to become a mentor to a struggling GCSE student in English. Within our mentoring time, my student was able to move up an English group, allowing him the chance to gain a C grade or above. This was such a rewarding experience to me and I would relish the chance to once again help struggling students. Since completing my degree and gaining a 2:1, I feel ready to aid students from GCSE to undergraduate level, having already completed and been through the academic system myself.

You will meet your tutor in our online classroom, where you will see each other via video, hear each other and be able to upload documents and draw on a whiteboard.
